  {4 F' ~- w& E+ E* ]) \0 [2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
" _  e  t% s/ i+ }+ {still support the further price increases.
# V' a6 Z  V8 \: }5 a0 \1 N/ c2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
  f% L% q6 m7 P1 ~the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
" H. F% w# `3 W+ Z: j# F; W3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
