The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1 r% m! s8 a! L) p4 l# v3 {% e8 Y1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
) D- {# A( J9 @! P2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

" P$ m* ?. w9 M; {the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
% Q0 N# I+ s$ U& r4 G# {3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
