I am still confused with number of weeks in a year, say, it has 48 weeks physically, you have 2 week vacation with pay, so it's calculated as 50 weeks for a year. The confusion is that if you take 2 week vacation, you only work 46 weeks in that year so the total paid time will be 46 + 2 = 48. How come it ends up with 50 paid weeks???
One year is comprised of 52 weeks (364 days) plus 1 or two days.8 X2 c1 L2 b5 N9 e5 D6 ?/ l2 X& \- o( ^
Normally we work 50 weeks with two week vocation paid. 3 k* X+ u- G9 y! I
So we get paid for the whole 52 weeks, plus 8 or 16 hours paid. / v1 q2 W, O% b: m* UIsn't that correct?
