2 y6 s! M' Q: y; J& r& i9 jYes I have it. But it doesn't work for everyone. I guess you are right too. But just when some people see hourly payment, they don't relate it to permanent occupation but hours/time they actually work. Especially in consulting company.
I am still confused with number of weeks in a year, say, it has 48 weeks physically, you have 2 week vacation with pay, so it's calculated as 50 weeks for a year. The confusion is that if you take 2 week vacation, you only work 46 weeks in that year so the total paid time will be 46 + 2 = 48. How come it ends up with 50 paid weeks???
One year is comprised of 52 weeks (364 days) plus 1 or two days. 2 M4 |! p+ r3 n! V% rNormally we work 50 weeks with two week vocation paid. , W0 u1 i5 B" E; t/ U+ p$ t- tSo we get paid for the whole 52 weeks, plus 8 or 16 hours paid. / @2 X9 _1 F4 \, ?% L
