1. Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
8 M$ k; V# `/ y4 G' U' Z2. Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
/ a% A; o+ k0 i# ?3. Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
. a/ F5 x; G8 J/ k$ ]- @+ \8 I4. Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
! Q$ y6 z6 k0 `# P8 E. ~( N' q5. Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
8 ~3 r0 a3 X) M9 F" Y' ]; R6. Provide general information to clients and the public;

• Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
$ u$ F, F) n3 j' b5 q; q' ]$ P3 ^% N• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
