# @. b( v- i( `  |2 O* g7 v, |/ X1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; . X/ e% L& W2 ~1 {. i! K
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
" a, }# |' O  [) P- l, @3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;( w. v, T9 [% y: v9 x* F" p
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; $ f7 b4 _/ ?) |0 L1 r$ G- v
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;) |: ~. }- u- q% S' O7 f/ E% e
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; , e8 S2 T: b9 A" J, g
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:& f7 N9 ]/ H! O* z
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
& I, Z7 P3 d* H( c2 J: ]•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
6 X9 z6 X9 f( _3 l0 b% ^  o/ K•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
3 I$ I  L) _4 B- }# G•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
