JOB DESCRIPTION
) E: t- S8 G( E/ F6 K. D( j) X1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; ; {7 S0 Y- J  v
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
7 g( P' {; J: j( U* e* ~3 @3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;. j! o8 i2 U# Y% A2 C3 h
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 2 @+ d$ I/ d) X- r& G9 @3 c
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
7 T8 k1 A( R+ w& q6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; 7 y' ?% E+ r7 p2 U& ~9 m
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

! N$ u8 k8 [2 b•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.) ]7 {* Y, r+ p* o) v2 c" V0 Z
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.* }5 Z! Q4 T, o- V8 t$ `/ V* ]
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.: N: q( u8 a1 i* C! d& P* o
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.1 _6 g: m1 p0 K6 a7 O# u
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
