JOB DESCRIPTION
( H% c; @7 {! k' C9 V, u1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
% I1 P: |/ v; i+ w+ t7 V" U3 {2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
& G3 J0 k9 o8 G0 \3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;& z* g. @+ i) }# o/ N/ Y/ O
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
/ W5 I& p7 J0 B5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;

7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.0 \" U# V& a7 e# B

Qualifications:
- o/ i. Y0 Y0 P7 r•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
" C1 W% F+ N$ Q5 a, I& X, d  i•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.5 s+ S2 o8 v- m/ e# q
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
' y5 o# E; E/ l8 t( `) m•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.1 A9 t9 F3 Z: Z' }/ s2 t5 D
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker. h/ X* ~9 j: Z
•        Excellent organizational skills.
