condition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and , r' I2 e8 K+ O6 f• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or % }1 M- @& T1 n; A• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy. / s3 h( E' u3 E.
