留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

+ V1 U- ?) S! u% y* }3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

! a& k# X1 d& ]' jyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
9 I+ l( E8 I5 _: d3 r$ V/ Xyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
