(a) drive a motor vehicle on a highway unless the motor3 Q( f5 N; M4 D8 l- ]
vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;

vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;

(i) to drive the motor vehicle on a highway, or) B) w4 `* }2 Q4 x0 M: d$ }
(ii) to have the motor vehicle on a highway,. M& y4 S" a9 D2 E/ i; f5 X ~
unless the motor vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;3 S9 K' E0 O# p0 \# n
(d) give or lend a financial

to a person not entitled to have that financial. O. ~+ G: N" x& B

without the expressed or implied consent of the registered owner of7 D a. H8 k: F/ E; T) e0 s* f' k
the vehicle, that person is deemed for the purposes of subsection7 s+ M# u0 l G* Z2 |
(1)(a) or (b) to drive or have on a highway a motor vehicle that is
3 ~3 @9 M7 V, w7 v8 d snot an insured motor vehicle.

more than 6 months
