not do any of the following:
6 M( ^2 \, L- d- L) c7 n(a) drive a motor vehicle on a highway unless the motor* Z* h, H+ w6 _; i& }
vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;5 N& ] w* ]; C6 k% n- H# t1 t3 z
(b) have a motor vehicle on a highway unless the motor
3 r+ i7 b5 w2 R& m4 D5 V2 H: r Fvehicle is an insured motor vehicle;
* n3 E$ J1 o) T/ N# h(c) where a person is the registered owner of a motor vehicle,
. V7 ~$ C$ v( W% M0 i: qpermit another person: N. Y: e5 C. G( {& b3 X
(i) to drive the motor vehicle on a highway, or
3 q* \1 D) \8 B9 t(ii) to have the motor vehicle on a highway,
" n# E }& I( I. i$ Aunless the motor vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;

to a person not entitled to have that financial

the vehicle, that person is deemed for the purposes of subsection
6 V2 @0 n: \2 V' P8 v2 d ](1)(a) or (b) to drive or have on a highway a motor vehicle that is# @' p4 S/ D1 Q+ r0 F" Y; k1 d$ p
not an insured motor vehicle.
