看电视上好多好多人排队，还拿不到号，很多很多的印度人好像，明白人说说是怎么回事，这这这这房事这么热了吗？

都是一些个人的小builder，平时拿不到开发商地块．看到市政府卖地给个人，就一窝蜂去买．

是40个lots 发200个号，很多凌晨去排队的都没有拿到号。。。觉得好奇怪呢。

The City of Edmonton will offer Cornerstones grant funding towards the construction of up to 25 secondary suites in Oxford.
