新房半年，地下室地漏反水，算warranty项目吗？

是，厨房、厕所用水，污水从地下室的floor pit反出来，流到旁边的sump里。

If you have backup valve and water is not coming from the public sewage, probably the main drainout is plugged, if you haven't dropped anything in, it could be that construction waste was left inside during house construction,try contact the builder see if you can make them move to do some investigation.

在国内装修时遇到过这种情况。最后到楼下别人家把厕所天棚打开，把管子去出来，里面都是水泥块。
