builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？
  f4 x$ F* J# r, D1 M" u楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
. `+ w" }/ J0 c( @' A还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

一共就两次walk through，第一次就说了railing有问题， 然后就是最后一次walk through，发现完全没看图纸健，上面明明标着railing的部分，也能建成墙

It will be messy after you move in and they come back to take down the wall.
