I have been looking into Windermere.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.8 F9 p/ ^& _+ D# E7 O( A& f% X
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.# T! A6 e6 k3 i, J- ]- _
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.* Q7 }! y0 b8 M! E

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.1 X4 Y" m; @3 h; j/ n% F

$ R- {: E4 @8 f# \0 ^/ C2 \That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
