My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area." G2 U( \$ Z. I5 H- J

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.4 v# ?) {+ R) E! N
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
% _; E( R6 }2 `# g- p# nThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
