I have been looking into Windermere./ b8 C8 e, h4 {
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.( O( @) {4 @2 q+ p) o8 b
! E! A I& ^6 s" e7 vAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.2 i2 V1 e0 ~- D0 t: q* o
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South." l4 G2 W1 b! M+ _. g9 a5 X# d
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
