I have been looking into Windermere.
( o! A0 r$ a) Q; R* @! rMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.# u, W& Z7 z9 ~& }; K
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.7 |* U: h- J# h
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

) g3 T a0 Q& GThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
