I have been looking into Windermere.
8 w# K9 f0 w) Q- ^9 Z; _- {My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

2 H5 |% d$ k9 G3 |As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.) Y" @8 o' i: A' l) ?9 D
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.- C3 l2 j' m5 a; m1 O N
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?
% I! O8 Y$ G3 j9 d, h9 T( qThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
