0 r# P7 Y0 y2 d' o好像不省管理费 只是现在epcor有个新的plan, 气也是5.99和direct energy 一样 我就都办epcor了

direct energy 是cap:
A variable natural gas rate that is secured with a winter cap set at $5.99/GJ between November 1st – March 31st˜
