Two UA female students are waiting for 2 bedroom apartment at 3 locations, intend to move in on Sep 1st. We need a third person who is willing to live in the living room and sign one year lease with us when any room becomes available at these locations.
Rent: around $400, negotiable
Request: mature female student, no pet, no noise after 11 pm, no party in the apt.
