Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

* x/ ^/ @4 t5 W# h- _ We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities will include:
8 s# Q* n" S% C9 ?•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
" u) w/ ~2 P7 ~•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
" c3 }6 p5 y# `! A3 u( X•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
+ F, s# ?8 }2 S•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
•Keep work area clean.
5 _5 l3 E) ^" \: ?! H, s•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

Primary Qualifications Required:
7 i4 O! z6 {9 X6 F! }) m3 y•Basic English communication skills
' z; ?$ o0 J" x7 z/ m•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
4 y( [) l$ m! s* e  J! u•Good eye sight.
•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
•Ability to work under constant pressure
9 p1 v9 {# E# P5 V3 `6 ?•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
  D" z3 J, Q/ H•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

•Offload sealed units from GED Oven press
4 b. b- @, u/ d" [; n•Check Units to pass Quality Expectation

•Patch units
•Hot melt super spacer units
•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines

Primary Qualifications Required:
