土豆沙拉。

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

  U0 u& H1 k- A8 {熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

拌，加盐等调味料（忘了在哪儿加，或许也可以在沙拉酱里

我的单身简易版。土豆煮熟，去皮压成泥。蔬菜若干（超市有

现成的拌沙拉的蔬菜），肉丁若干，倒入白色沙拉酱（也是现成

的），搅拌均匀即可食用，味道和卖的差不多（因为用的都是

一样的沙拉酱:p）

Potatoes: boiled and cut into cubes
+ }$ E1 v  O& {- Q1 sEggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
