NAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
3 k: R; F  N6 A  ~Duties & Responsibilities:

% p" |7 S* X8 d, g6 @$ ?& T- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
, [! W/ k3 m/ m4 ?1 D/ y- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
& {3 y6 M9 c* D. i+ ^% ~% |- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
+ q+ [( y: j# H0 Q- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
# [. k$ w* @0 ~5 p+ R1 i
3 u7 k, O- U+ n+ V9 ^( X* N+ z- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
4 p# v. Z8 I# N9 @- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- D9 `$ f! E! \. q1 J- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
