3 k7 a! H' c* S$ f: V; n/ b6 J! s- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
% e" h% h9 k) L: Q- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
; I3 N4 N7 X: P) L4 \9 S4 {) Z6 t# T- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
* J% i7 \# d- T% P) t- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
6 G3 Q7 Z* a: Z2 t3 ]! V
& Y1 T0 B! B" Q8 l* {0 R- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
