Duties & Responsibilities:

* R8 Q1 V) }' Y! P$ Y- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
' h) @6 X& z! F, l1 |- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
2 C2 _2 q  ~: |* N+ s' C( [- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
; X5 X: ]  {1 c: m- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
# Z7 n0 X; o6 t2 u- Ability to use computers
. B0 C  B* E% Y3 b/ j$ ^0 [# f3 a  }1 X- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
