Edmonton home builders say they are working non-stop to meet a demand they haven’t seen since the boom of 2005.- m1 B* b! N* U6 m" p
5 }& I( ~) W2 g" JBuilders started construction on 468 new single detached homes last month, a 34 per cent increase from August 2013.1 R9 F! O& ] M; K

“Right now we're running flat out, we’re building as much as we can,” said Rob Busby, construction manager for Landmark Homes.
