你上庭归上庭,罚单必须先准时付。如果能求情,钱可以退会来。但万一不行,你不能冒交过期罚金的风险。 % \% h$ H' Y! D9 c7 x! D$ i6 `

When you got a ticket and want to complain, first, go to auto registration office to register your ticket and tell them you want a trial, then they will inputyour ticket to their system and give you an acknowledgment letter. After that, all you can do is waiting, until the court sends you a letter telling you the time and location of the trial. Before the final judgement, your are no guilt. So never pay the fine in advance. Because, once you have paid, it means you agree you are wrong.
