经济的疲软和就业率高低,人口的变动都会影响房价和居民住房需求,但是从长期来讲,房价还是上涨的趋势。我同意楼上说的,“即使平均房价跌,好地点的房价也是不会跌的,最多也就小幅度浮动,但是你依然是在take chance,这个都不好说的,就好像坛子里一直有些人在说房价要崩盘,崩得了吗?崩不了就说要跌。。。” 1 u/ U2 X5 F, O6 g
