reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
+ n: ?  S: b! c. n  H* H+ alow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
4 V7 A; x: P  N+ Onew townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
