房市强劲的今年即将结束

埃德蒙顿12月2日消息： 时至冬季，伴随寒流的到来，房市也呈现季节性的降温。今日爱城地产局公布的11月份数据毫无悬念。所有住宅房的平均价为$381,371，比上月增长4.3%,比去年同期上涨9.9%。独立房的平均售价为$442,884，比上月增长3.76%，而去年的同期平均价为406,587。Condo的平均价为$255,167，比上月下降2%，但比一年前同期的$242,371，增长5.3%。( ^% J( i, i9 P' ?- g: w; B! I

从挂牌上市到售出的天数由去年的57天下降到这个月的54天，独立房和townhouse售出时间增长，而condo卖掉的时间明显缩短。平均来说，房子售出的天数比去年平均快5天。8 h. |7 I3 k0 w; q8 s4 R, }) q" L
