你好，我是ua的硕士，帮一个老外博士后发的招租广告。

I am looking for a female roommate to take on a living room in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is located few minutes away from the Stadium LRT. The room is spacious and bright with a big window. It has sofa, coffee table and entertainment center with lots of shelves. It has enough space if you wish to bring your own furniture as well.

I work for UoA and this location is very convenient for those who also work or study there.
