8 e: Y9 e" I, GYour job responsibilities will include:
•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
- ^' {8 p, ?  e# q5 f3 U•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
" M& ~' K& b0 w•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
7 @& t7 F$ x5 ?# I•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
•Perform AP Invoice matching
•Prepare month-end AP accrual

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
