2 ^& B# \! t, o4 Q1 L这话不好说啊！有个大学同学，曾任驻美某领事馆商务参赞后供职于对外经贸部（应该叫商务部了现在），年前很自信地预言油价不会低于50，说自己搞了20多年预测没错过。前段时间被我调侃后，又跟我打赌，说到了40他请客，否则算我的。我倒是希望我请客。。。。。另一个搞化工贸易的哥们，现在是美国某公司驻上海首代，他的个人观点是得到35到40之间。

拜读了紫光庄主在茶馆的大作后，我的观点也是很不乐观。。。。。

Normally the natural outcome:  If Financial Statements meet WS expectation, it is CEO and management's accomplishment. If the results are pretty poor, then it would be the market's fault.
