爱城一月房市: 挂牌量增加, 成交量下降, 库存量增加( k* L6 k* `9 M' ?9 ]$ t/ f, H7 ]+ g6 M
+ ?& h1 c3 R- v. z- H! e! m1 Y埃德蒙顿2月3日消息:根据MLS系统上的统计,整个大爱地区,当月住宅房的挂牌数量同比去年增长了近30%,为2316套,相比之下,12月的挂牌数量只有932套。当月成交的总数量为666套,比上个月下降了13.5%,并且比去年同一时期下降了25.9%。 这两个因素导致了库存量总数上升了35%,由3059套上升至了4132套。也比去年同期增长了17%。
