请问小学四年级开健康课程的签字

请问小学四年级开健康课程，带回来需要签字。关于健康和性教育的，如果不同意可以拒绝参加该课程。
请问大家遇到过吗？怎么办的？

I signed for kids. I feel they should know as early as possible. As a parent, we better communicate those topics with them. Then we can guide them on the top of what they learn.

talk to her teacher and ask "what is it all about? " then make a sound decision.
