1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner, y& }& r# v1 p& U
2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects( o4 v3 ^2 [" q" L8 ~1 ~
3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems j7 d) N( x% A1 i1 Y- C
4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
& ~, H4 C: X# \8 b9 g0 M+ _5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.# z& p: D$ N5 a4 \* Q
6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents! u- g" e$ ]( {
7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff" ~! E% E4 ]9 r2 v

1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional
- N! ~8 h9 T6 x( h" x2. University degree or college diploma
* C- L; ]( Q" v. \; E% C2 ]3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset1 Z4 J( E( w! `- V, U; g2 D* @
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
* b4 p9 ]0 N% r5 p) c: w/ Q4 |5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details$ E) F3 q6 l1 t) o/ W: ?$ D# N* g' P/ w, K
6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner5 @; c: Z- h" h* U2 t
7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control8 ~4 Q: N$ h- U9 q$ f/ g
8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)/ [ q5 H/ m+ `/ X; I
9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset
