The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
% v" {, v# Q6 S- f# F( U1 MWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies- r) o/ `2 O; A9 X
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
/ ~% o+ n9 S: \% aManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency; r+ R2 e7 f ]1 i! k& d
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;7 g$ f4 r% {$ l( t
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
! G* h) r' S. e& \8 }Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
