The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.: ^$ v+ c6 N0 Q

Primary Responsibilities

& X; t- m+ r5 q" {Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
7 }1 [" H- I3 J) i! nWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies. z9 r. m+ b) n
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines1 b9 T1 m+ A4 w* U; W
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
4 z$ y/ I- p: b, ?- qOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
7 h3 y2 N% s/ L% F/ |; F f9 V* `Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;, c. {* T' G V9 ]( x
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
