R. o9 MWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

+ w6 H0 X- h& oPrimary Responsibilities
( f2 e" r. f! K& B& j$ h" i% z  A; S/ b
  D! v# S7 f6 ]; k- V& P4 b" z
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
. n! x4 P6 A& H" ^/ t; Z$ BWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies( c. f% u3 P5 a: r. z
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
' D- S6 O& _) ~Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;0 N( B$ t7 l( P1 [4 l( h
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
$ x. W7 b. y$ @# K, {* a3 k0 z9 S0 aEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;4 V4 w! T: x: ?& _5 @
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.! r  _/ D3 U5 P, e  m4 {) D
Conduct all work within established time standards;
4 S% s- v) ^+ J5 p& U, r6 R7 v3 pEssential Knowledge and Skills7 t& O7 Z  i3 c& P& D0 ^
! ]$ W  `3 b. R6 V: ^1 K6 n

' f( u4 h4 U' [" O) @& gExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;: {' K+ H; W& Q! b3 s
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
: v  T+ b! @1 E; x4 d6 m, XTime management skills are critical;  s' }- x/ }! A+ `0 N+ ?
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;, C3 \% B0 N9 H4 r+ A7 g
Attention to detail and accuracy;" i- x8 Z0 `; ~" R& E2 k7 U1 Y
Strong organizational and computer skills;
, m. p: t6 I, l0 X1 ~% f0 t' BExcellent verbal and written communication skills;( t$ T% `& p; o  Q
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;! V- x* g. h. ^  n
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
% G# R5 X! K9 kAbility to work with minimal supervision;

! _% T& _! n+ u! r+ }! z3 rHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;- `5 J$ }; P; U, `. F/ m: M7 B+ k
