Trying to answer your answers,

- a7 I7 _/ G' J N6 u& l& XBoth of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.

+ B2 c6 F' K( j3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.: Q5 F" w' @0 N$ l4 U
