Both of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.% x4 y+ A0 \2 i+ [) \6 a: `( ]
% u: l$ m p2 b# q+ ^6 j( o' B3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.3 C: f7 e7 B( _
