We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.4 M: n# h0 a- G7 ?# q0 J. h* U

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
7 M4 ?6 x% K, qWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
" `" M5 |( K# Z% ^' fAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines9 Q) r9 U0 {3 w# L7 k9 T5 z& F
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency; v+ I6 h; v( S0 v( E9 {3 `5 `
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;" A- T! a5 p# ]5 D( S5 |
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;

Conduct all work within established time standards;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;6 E& i6 K P2 J: [% d
Benefits package will be offered;
