The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
7 z+ u- B9 e# m; FWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies& g$ ^! m8 I0 `. C. ^8 H% y7 E) Y" j
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines7 q5 P S& {, t6 g# [
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
1 Z" D. X: q( E( X" G4 R; GOversee file management for all LMIA matters;3 j1 ]3 j3 B' W3 C/ C1 M
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;3 W7 O/ N# y, P+ Q6 f
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
