We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.+ ?7 _; S3 J# L! m" e& ~% Y5 @

) j4 j$ f: f2 z( D3 U( MCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments P% h4 d. K# m4 a2 Q+ F7 @
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies) o; N1 X% l$ j% T7 _4 W% Z
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
7 f' z! c5 \2 F" M9 @+ \0 J' Q; XManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
3 [; f* h* ^! g2 F& [ e! UOversee file management for all LMIA matters;# Y8 N; Y, @6 B0 ~- C. J7 |2 _
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;6 A$ y0 f% N9 U* f0 O. o$ W, n
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Compensation and Benefits
