We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Z7 B4 B. A% {. DCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
; c8 q' [6 m/ f- j) \ zWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
E9 H: [. F2 d# n" w" ]7 o9 p/ d( qAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines4 ]( r; ?! j8 Y3 X3 u
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 o1 c$ }' w7 D2 L
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;4 w5 F( g" k2 \; v( Z& a2 S
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;( S5 s$ [: P( H$ N& k
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients. w# N6 g& P4 J9 A5 S/ e( z
Conduct all work within established time standards;) V- L- K6 v$ U% n% J5 U

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
