We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

. `9 k7 Z: A: J! b. p2 FCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments5 @- h. w8 m4 v$ c
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
( t6 F# }/ x0 lAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines# g) Q$ k7 Z+ O8 k% `7 K
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency; s) m2 {1 R+ H3 ~' K
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
, T2 k% u, N: L( H0 b7 ?Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
+ Q, ]/ e- M& R5 X9 d1 c ^/ GConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
