The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.% e/ ?6 U# X1 Z7 Q

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
( J9 y, i9 m) L3 n; q6 Z; _5 xWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
3 f# w0 J! [2 f* lAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
' C: u4 v+ L9 B2 m2 _Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
% e+ c- V% X: p6 T1 t6 mOversee file management for all LMIA matters;- [3 T# V1 v3 u2 ?; b, P
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
0 e$ d$ J7 S Z$ K5 F0 J& z/ h, q* mConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.- D9 y5 k4 |: D. ]8 z
Conduct all work within established time standards;/ W1 y% _. M- G- a% `5 x
Essential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;3 v8 u8 b; K0 c/ }5 N
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;

7 U) [$ S7 {6 pAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;" a. C3 j+ p% I+ j3 s& `5 _2 q" D
Attention to detail and accuracy;
* c' h% H# G6 S3 ~: b/ X q" p; MStrong organizational and computer skills;1 k \2 h5 M/ U
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;. Q9 `4 ?6 g1 I- C* Z1 u
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;

Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
