得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

An open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

an authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
9 u9 ?% H3 E: V6 V% [8 J6 _proof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
# E+ g+ d9 o/ D* [0 rpaid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
