POSITION: Junior Accountant

DUTIES:/ F9 ]* H7 d( M. b0 ^# V

• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
: M. M) Z+ z' P3 }• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
* v4 s9 L" L+ ]$ \• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
' R8 L5 `/ n# z6 E" U• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
: c+ Z0 D' O& X8 i$ }/ w; U% f% }• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
2 B$ X# B0 d/ o* w, s* Q• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
" X& x c3 Y0 h• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers0 X4 e% V H% R0 Z6 J
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)9 M C* r1 [# g' a
