DUTIES:

- b. @! N! L) x- N, I• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.+ s; @; |5 r7 g. S$ ?* h
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
' w# q3 O! s4 I9 b& z8 N• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
. S, R! S% i( r) j' K• Various administrative and order processing duties as required. D& p l* k' Z

REQUIREMENTS:* u, |- r5 n+ r5 d2 O" H
% g8 L$ D( _$ u: N0 X- J) T• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
2 G) o$ H' z6 Q' H. [( ?• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
6 G0 q ?- M( O7 K( J, l• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
4 x1 p& g- [" U• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers1 M8 l6 T, h; g Q: B: k
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)- Q2 K( {. d& I* X2 Z( V+ X; `
