& {: p, W$ ]1 M Z7 O$ T• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
) t9 m* F0 v2 r! A• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
2 o. T+ @3 G3 Y# b+ j! _• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role1 d0 X% C, x3 c
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
8 r7 G8 p& i0 s$ h5 R' H• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills) v a7 e2 ?) P3 ?! J
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
9 i3 O0 p9 J4 T5 v• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
