• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.- G) F' R3 i9 L4 v) g) e _
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.8 W, o' G2 H# M) Y" {
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
! L& R; m W1 C• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role3 U4 ]$ @. y' E1 h' j4 S+ X
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
n9 U0 I3 C% z" a8 N3 ^$ j, D2 I• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills, m0 ?3 {( ?# b7 a y
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers# U7 y2 I( r) D8 `
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)( Y2 t* g* Y; ]0 k2 e& C- L
