Training Coordinator
0 ~3 f8 ^0 U) aLockerbie & Hole Inc. requires a Training Coordinator for our Sherwood Park office. This position will be responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of core training curriculum and identification of industry training suppliers and initiatives.

# x5 i- S2 q1 K2 NYour duties will include identifying training needs, determining and delivering effective means of education, researching industry best practices and applying best practices to learning strategy development. You will also assess new training needs and/or required enhancements, which will allow continuous improvements in the quality of material offered.

Y7 H3 {You are a dynamic leader with a minimum of five years experience in employee training and development with demonstrated experience in the application and facilitation of training and improvement methodologies. You will possess adult learning certification or formalized education in training and development. Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with a professional attitude and solid computer experience will be required. Experience in industrial construction would be an asset.
