Core Duties: : y( D6 y9 @5 q+ S
• Responsible for the entire accounting process4 m! o5 ~& m. C# k
• Maintain accounting records, reconcile accounts
( P* l1 s' D |2 j ]3 d• Prepare Financial Statements, reports0 s+ I5 j! M. K$ `* ^6 K0 A
• Post journal entries, prepare trial balance / T2 ~; e+ N" V/ b
• Payroll, tax, GST filing r' x& z# E, }0 y! ^# q
• Provide administrative support as needed/ c2 X6 L9 @4 Z, o* t2 A
+ p; [, v7 h1 N+ X! \8 D
Required Skills: + o1 E- ]; a, q- i. {; c
• Knowledge in Sage or Simply Accounting ; d- M1 t1 [" L! M0 Q
• Must be excellent in English in both oral and written
5 E+ h1 N/ h; V* E4 O, v+ v• Accurate and detail orientated
; C( {. g, K" F( b( r• Ability to work independently
f5 Y4 y* s. e0 W8 R& B# H• Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset7 @* n& P/ [- }4 ~4 C

Compensation
