; c! {& ]% K( x; e4 l" W% i• Responsible for the entire accounting process6 N+ I: T* C/ p" O
• Maintain accounting records, reconcile accounts # i* r) [( _6 T: P- e! B- w( P
• Prepare Financial Statements, reports* `6 b: e" ?+ C" Y; O" k1 B
• Post journal entries, prepare trial balance
\9 ~* \/ [) E• Payroll, tax, GST filing
8 P& i2 i! l% R: {' n5 {• Provide administrative support as needed+ B) h s3 A1 c3 H
+ t4 j; T# C1 `1 h
Required Skills:
8 v3 q R S: E' m) D• Knowledge in Sage or Simply Accounting $ a7 m& i: P! L+ s( M2 G2 m
• Must be excellent in English in both oral and written% a6 j' s: A/ x# D& O9 p0 M
• Accurate and detail orientated
8 i3 F. T2 j" i6 Q5 V/ m# Z$ ~• Ability to work independently
1 w( k" t# b: l- u5 ]* v• Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset
