6 ~; E! f& G0 ?! P1 v2 ?# f# O* BProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.0 X7 \7 q9 V5 t% L! L( j$ ~, g: ?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
: g/ J' G! }7 ]' ~/ c+ g· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.; l6 A6 _) M$ j) f+ R# t$ x
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
$ V/ e4 x4 Y- U& G3 ~' O- n· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.3 i8 x* @$ c* ?4 z' `( j/ K' N+ f8 g5 S
· Manages report database.
' V2 j1 w" ?/ u· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
* C/ E% d5 o, ^) g2 p· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.
+ V/ h, ?1 U! P. Y7 a1 Y· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
5 v! L3 w' d. V* w) H1 D! a2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.; Z4 o3 x: O% I& k2 K F/ b0 J
$ U0 {; f* u& ^/ u! E1 Y7 @2 @Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
