Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* H; N1 ]! z; ^5 h" r· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.9 E M, v! F* Y' g
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.; `* m; e3 I& b' s, {
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

6 E& v t) _! E! A' `3 w· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
9 C: A: E. B- [6 R0 D6 p· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:
/ ^; U' N4 b+ D/ e! T2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

" |4 J) n9 u1 Q# r) }5 c# zCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

J& k0 ^" J9 X8 W8 ^Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
