Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.0 r* U+ M2 j/ a/ N" t$ R

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
p$ o4 S! K. N· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
$ f5 n e9 P, H" _* N( }1 v8 b! E· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
, N- V0 ?7 A W7 e3 {! {+ m C; d· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.$ Q" r! z- W7 I& v. b
· Manages report database.
0 M! N5 L9 {! B( A/ X· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
; n* e# z) s( P& `& @" k· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.4 J% c4 }6 h- }3 ~# t* }
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.. x5 _# o& ^" p$ h% i
· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
_" ?5 r" A2 E. i7 _2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.$ P3 H5 V9 Z+ ^( r! i# E
$ E+ W+ _& O5 A- e# F$ KCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Q# [2 e0 Z' A8 O% b& F5 aExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
