Qualifications
: A2 _+ h( W7 I0 M2 z3 S• Commercial kitchen experience necessary
! P2 W9 N0 L# Z. _3 }5 u• Attention to detail required
• Excellent communication skills
' ?3 N" \& }) }( h% g# @0 d• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Knowledge of Italian cuisine would be an asset.
