• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident., R9 d( K1 F" H! X/ A+ p0 ~

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries." Q# h3 d; r/ m7 i, F |, z
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.( \% v9 i0 z" Z$ r
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.0 p3 ~9 k9 I2 `/ k' L
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
- r G0 A- y" ~% A7 i' u+ R• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
$ A; h: M8 M( o2 Q# u; U+ E2 j• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.0 C! R! d3 G L6 ?8 y$ s7 K2 ~
• Perform route inspections as required.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
+ N# v4 k) s; j4 n: c( h• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
) G& L3 c3 A4 l* [+ [8 D• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
4 S" q H1 I! r0 B: v7 I& \• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)0 f. Z/ T! J. D6 [, ~* e
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
5 z* T; u0 a2 l; U2 M• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
& E' J) |! V( _" V" Q• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license: U! }; _! h6 k" ^7 ~7 f
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills% h1 I; D- I; G$ t3 W! p, j
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required

• Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy
