• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.5 P$ \( L) B9 z
• Post advertisement
+ p$ c4 \7 [, G• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
. ?9 k9 N" r& u: s" W5 G" p4 o• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
" _$ n# d9 k$ P# M" B+ b• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.4 ^; j2 j% Y$ o* D( z0 @1 T
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
7 z1 B; ]: u( l2 p: a/ v% J1 S1 M• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
- f4 J* l+ L/ D; R+ W5 k! a. P% `( ~% |• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
4 Z5 Y; O! L9 \9 N; H2 B' [* o1 f• Perform route inspections as required.
; A/ R; l- Z9 w1 H! E$ z* ?9 Y: J• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
! M/ {! w( d* |: Q4 H• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
/ V+ d$ N2 F4 N0 v1 N. h, C5 |' j• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset. r, s, u V7 I( \7 i( M! H
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred! G7 f: j6 j4 ^$ ?6 A
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
+ r+ L+ p$ i" W( m" a9 [• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
; ~1 `3 i+ k6 {0 i3 o• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal; Z% Q* k# N8 x6 C+ e- v# P
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
