Key Responsibilities:

• Post advertisement, G+ P9 t* z3 m$ s2 p6 Y
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
# u( J/ ]* K' o2 G) Z/ ~, v• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
5 `2 v5 A; z4 G, z, T/ h# l• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents./ R* O9 t7 a7 }1 K
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
$ T9 P( H- V: N" C \# f: R• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
# v: z7 v: w1 d0 G5 o% N• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
0 S# }4 L; q" ] v& _• Perform route inspections as required.% M. l5 U0 H6 P- x5 }$ _
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).5 C9 u6 J& K i( k% |$ I- z
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
3 N* |3 R" t9 D5 b5 T% u• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

9 \3 U6 d' C( a+ M/ C8 p' wRequired Skills & Abilities:
9 }' `7 f; \% m8 U2 V u• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
$ x/ ^' y9 T' V$ E W• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred/ a9 k' ?+ g! B2 A2 C4 Y& s9 w
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

0 L4 ~# ^3 t6 A% R8 {# B• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
