Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.) |) J4 m) w5 n- d e& y9 o! j
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.* j$ |' M; E: I1 X9 R5 p& }0 D: Y: e
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents. o) K" d+ P% \4 j9 A/ i2 Q. P
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.$ N2 ^8 x L+ e j, M& {- J
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed., V8 s \2 c! d4 } y v
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
' D) |0 i) c) j• Perform route inspections as required.

Required Skills & Abilities:! g% G: _! e0 S' T
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset S2 l: C$ ?2 d. D2 Y) A/ q8 [
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
# \8 ?, e! T( y/ V% d% o+ z• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)' l& o8 E2 W( W( z* {8 x
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills) I1 g2 m( Y" a0 k H
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal" T% W8 ^" @' p" I0 U
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license" C! O! p- o% O. }9 G. _# c v
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills7 X5 E I7 L' \1 t2 k5 h2 g8 ?
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
