Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
* n! K1 b2 Y+ h  L$ r! U+ G9 W% xModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
& K3 i) E3 j/ \, V, }4 CEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
6 o- j$ b) ~" T4 L$ Q6 JRecruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
: m( U! K7 o, V4 B8 L8 l7 A; ]3 lGive prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
What the company will expect from you:

Proven working experience as a head chef
8 |  ~: I" L! ]/ SExcellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks

. K; ~' @4 [7 n9 G$ GKeep up with cooking trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
