Job Description:

" Z1 `1 Q8 g' s5 M1 }: NModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
7 y8 h# w; Z* D& EEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
. {5 }" R# \" t% @3 F" s6 Y, B& h$ @Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
0 `  i, X& Z( i+ sArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
2 p& j3 J0 p7 AKeep time and payroll records
; C0 r% N3 f7 O+ M/ M+ h6 hMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
What the company will expect from you:

Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management
) _; d6 J6 ^$ }( P9 @Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
/ X9 O' C: u1 y' G4 h9 G1 jWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
2 o. P$ N' Z0 aBS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
