Job Description:

7 F$ U7 o( }' SPlan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
" ~; {% ?/ P9 K; V( QModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
7 o+ G: I* Q! K# h6 n! iEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
8 [& z* N+ t% iSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
. K/ m9 ~6 s, X: ^$ k/ lArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
( G% k* P* \: F9 G+ S& }Give prepared plates the “final touch”
0 L) s0 {# e; F% j. h* G5 @Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
: M9 D/ a7 u* Y$ QKeep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Proven working experience as a head chef

Capable of delegating multiple tasks

Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
