7 @: ]2 Q2 a# Q( F7 H3 ^! E% h. DModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
6 ~  L: L4 ~. B% T0 f7 T9 V' @Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
, i3 d# Q! c- f; f7 @3 a: BSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
3 W* r  b( P7 N2 gArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
/ }4 G* a+ g' DRecruit and manage kitchen staff
4 m& x- F- v. QRectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
