埃德蒙顿9月2日报道:8月份所有住宅的平均售价与去年基本保持一致,平均价为$369,956,比上一个月下降了4%。独立屋平均价格为$434,362比上一个月的$453,366下降了4%,比去年下降了不到1%。8月份公寓的平均价格为$251,526,比上一个月下降了2%,比去年下降了1%。双拼/联排的平均价格为$344,377,比去年下降了2%,比上一个月下降1%。
