我见过有人因为系鞋带被开除,眼镜断了看不清被开除
我问了 labor law他们说 雇主无故开除employees是合法的

呵呵，这个问题还用问吗？既然是雇佣关系，那么解雇有没有原因根本不重要。。

如果是因为歧视，是可以打官司的。但是很难证明。其他的想怎么解雇就怎么解雇。

其实原因什么的没必要问，理由多得是，比如公司经济不好需要裁员。
唯一的区别是，公司正常lay off会给补偿金，失业者可以拿EI等；而fire就什么都没有

* y/ H1 ~* e1 e  x* Z非也非也。。Dismissal也要看情况，通常只有Quit才99%没有EI（即使是Quit，有时候是因为雇主造成的，也有EI）
