十一月独立屋销售均价上涨3.95%

+ [& C4 \# K& `/ ]# E$ C埃德蒙顿12月2日报道：相比2016年十月，11月份独立屋平均成交价上升了3.95%，双拼/联排上涨了6.39%，公寓则温和下降了1.68%。相比去年同期，今年11月份独立屋销售均价上升了1.76%，公寓销售额下降了11.41%。0 N6 s" g: C0 J2 m# V/ \6 f. F
