主要工作职责：

Job Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
3 o2 J9 k! t; W  g: l, z; g-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
% v. n2 \& ~$ n9 t. a+ Y9 |7 q-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
+ z' E: k* U7 r0 r-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
