Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
: U- B) v' p+ s1 F& a1 e: y! f- Supervise kitchen staff
' F2 I# f1 A( [( S3 p* a; e/ o- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
4 Y# d, F6 N. ]4 P$ f- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary

- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.

- Highly organized.

Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
