Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

8 u2 ?4 B7 l+ I- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
: F- @+ _2 S9 V+ O9 Z  \- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
1 [+ E( e, ~  N9 \$ N/ E* |- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
5 i5 K# u3 Z/ G7 |% K$ R+ m- Work night shifts, as necessary
5 ~& g+ j! }4 m% d8 u0 u' T* o  uRequirements:
: g6 F& r/ e; e( [& U( x- k) s2 k5 _- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
% H) d* ^( _0 x3 W, T/ M; r- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.

( G5 ]! d2 f& H+ P. r4 TThis is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
