伊朗的石油部长要求OPEC再减产。

伊朗与沙特不同， 伊朗在油价超过100的前几年被制裁，石油禁止出口。而沙特等OPEC国家则赚得满盘满钵，虽然过去三年亏本，但还是财大气粗。所以OPEC内部也矛盾尖锐， 各国态度180度转弯。大家也知道开始时， 伊朗是反对减产的。

过去赚得满盘满钵的沙特，现在见到美国的血腥味了， 看样子是不会轻易放下屠刀了。

相比2014年12月，产量是1.227483百万桶
+ b2 Y% ]$ E4 c  l( S( TChurning out as high as 1,227,483 barrels/day in Dec 2014, the current production statistics highlight oil’s horror show that has seen prices come down from $110 per barrel in mid-2014 to around $45 now, in between falling to a 12-year low of $26.21 in Feb 2016.

从2014年到现在， 2014年的油井数比现在少，但产量即比现在高，所以出油率只有原来的 1050630/1227483=85.6%， 或者说其成本至少增加15%。

0 P$ u$ }; M" E! N-------这个58块的成本，应该还在持续增加。因为再过两年，新井也变老井了。另据工会得到的消息，美国已经出现技工荒了。

6 H8 c, O" L5 T真能断章取义，通篇文章那个地方告诉你了页岩油是因为本身特性导致产量下降的？而且你考虑过新开油井的影响？难道从2014年其就没有新开的油井了，这些冲抵下降产量你计算了？！！
