八月中旬可以入住，如果需要提前或推后一两周，也可以商量。

有一个特别的好处是——从您入住起算，租约只要两个多月就到期了（10月底），非常适合短租！无论是夏秋旅游， 新移民短登，或者因为想买房或想试住等原因希望租约越短越好，这都是难得一遇的不二之选！

谢谢回复。这是西人物业公司管理的公寓楼。楼管办公室就在相邻的公寓楼里。24小时物业电话。屋顶去年更新的，楼内刚刚update了安全邮箱和监控摄像头。
