您好，请问这是个出租楼，还是直接和业主租房呢？能告知一个十字路口的位置我看看大概在什么位置么？ 看照片里有简单家具， 都会清空吗，还是会留下？多谢

" u7 N" c, |; E, f  u谢谢回复。这是西人物业公司管理的公寓楼。楼管办公室就在相邻的公寓楼里。24小时物业电话。屋顶去年更新的，楼内刚刚update了安全邮箱和监控摄像头。

' I: T0 D2 p. T7 t* G' P" D房子里的家具是我们自己的，要搬走。
