RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:

( | C3 w- L- y: \ o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 20035 v& q9 f0 A. X9 ]+ E8 @
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
" f' K5 l5 B/ z) z/ K4 A6 j o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000% n% B* k5 o) ?& b7 y0 U
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003* a/ X% V2 u. C/ h; c
o Microsoft Operations Manager
* @2 ~$ r t0 @" p o VMWare Virtual Server solutions7 {6 x. ?6 y# v
o Linux based operating systems
5 h/ g8 x% M4 y7 y o Sun Solaris operating systems7 x6 v q' w# B2 n* U6 R' X( g
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
. m& X# j c7 l( v• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
! D# [4 f& {9 v5 d8 e• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
0 j% @( K7 \6 _$ {• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
$ ]3 q/ E8 A1 r0 uplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft( K. _1 F) f0 V; n5 S$ b
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.8 ], ~% q) s6 c \, G, S4 P
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations3 b1 E" z2 \* ?( j2 k) Y4 m z- i

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work9 `/ A) [% ] \- y" \6 P
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
3 m1 U' v$ G+ Q( B+ O: J3 ` x* [1 w• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005+ z! M' i. _0 q! c
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
" w9 F0 g, q- E. _% w* w• Have led medium to large sized projects- A; P2 d7 a0 i( T
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory! d- S" |& o8 L& K2 y5 }
