SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

7 T8 M, x. V& D6 d5 D  `; D• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
: _. f" O7 ^% o5 E# q. U7 x6 {   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
5 A7 F4 D2 a) o$ [+ m• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
5 ^; W. B3 ?; E% ^platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
# X! N( ?+ I  W7 FSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
" k1 v5 p# z, b" W$ N4 t• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
+ |% M( c; V6 L5 m1 f* p1 ?• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
$ m+ B$ C5 C+ l) ?• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
# _& s$ o$ R2 S  f2 a. s   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
, j: d" l0 U- [! d; X   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
. S! p1 U7 W% ^# H! s   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
& j( H& j' J1 [7 f1 ?   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
1 V+ \; H! Q, _/ S% K• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
: ^) k% P/ g6 i1 z• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
; a6 ?: k$ b: S; u1 H/ B% N  j• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
  j( `% o4 M- Y3 ]• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

. K; S7 z2 i4 a/ v* B• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
