DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
9 {' ?" D/ ?! g; I+ ]& x" }4 cSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

& O5 ?# C* r4 D$ P* L/ f) vRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
) @  E: v% |/ D1 e& ?   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
  E2 E6 H7 W1 b   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
; U& r- [8 J$ `   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
, Q: c1 ?" }) \. E$ V" ]   o Sun Solaris operating systems
7 n: X: l; X' A   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
! I  o  O3 r6 Z6 ^* M* z• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
. {* h% L( k, L# l: R• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
+ {! Y4 [" c) V3 J% s4 v3 ~$ X; H5 }platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
/ o6 _2 c6 N& N2 M/ l• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

! l0 h7 x1 U2 O7 X8 sSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
! a# e0 M+ P3 R" ^( i# }• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
" d6 `5 V" E% f5 k• Certification should include some or all of the following:
! M4 w, k# W+ m' _   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
! U3 S7 O/ C' p% y  |9 m• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
7 m. g+ M" ]7 j* f7 G- C/ {• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
$ i5 t2 u2 z5 e1 S# l• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
8 Q) z% H( p( H1 i5 ^/ g• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
& Y1 z$ {0 A" b" n, U5 @• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

4 `. O6 E4 W; s; ~3 E• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
