LOCATION: EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA
DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
3 V' l. S8 q5 c7 ?/ ~. D6 M% W   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
( R2 g( U3 K: Z1 e  R5 N   o Microsoft Operations Manager
. ?- j" T/ B& t% M   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
. I6 B; \$ _1 `: w: u, e7 g   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

" I* E. e( D6 ]4 q8 O  v' |2 ?8 R• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
9 t* b4 A4 o5 ?' b) w( Oplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
; `0 V& C' _0 I  C• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

* @( P  M0 X0 D0 f! VSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
! a: ^0 l( V1 X9 `4 l8 @• Excellent written and verbal skills
1 @* m3 d" k, k& D/ A  u0 }• Ability to work in a team environment
4 S' D9 l9 r& m' q: b& W1 q• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
7 F/ a& A1 ^8 H% [! m1 N( T5 M# j   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
; Q7 @& ?8 P6 m' T! u% V0 ~• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
3 ^7 l2 o! m) s" q8 _) ^$ k• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
. X4 T" w: F" X# |7 ^/ D• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
