The design features artwork in honour of the first 4 Alberta-based Canadian soldiers whose lives were lost in Afghanistan in April 2002.& I+ Y0 M/ }+ T# V& Q

The plate is available for a one-time fee of $75 plus a $9 (plus GST) registry agent service charge.
