The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
2 R. g" i8 R/ s1 n2 {' t0 V+ X% d• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
3 J4 g+ E! R6 W4 z4 n5 J• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
5 z! W9 k" w0 t6 _7 Y• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
& G* R* r6 b& |& O( t; [& w
" V: l' W0 Y4 L. J$ N& QThese additional qualifications would be an asset:
• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
8 e3 Z: f+ p& D2 X8 i6 g' F• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
( H+ j+ L0 H) m. V  [/ j• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
• Experience with interfacing with hardware
; f# o1 r1 V( B4 w, L• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
• Experience developing rich web applications
% x- w* u  d# @5 r4 B# V$ L6 s• Industrial experience in a lab or plant environment
• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
