• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
, B& s  {% r2 Q% b! d% E( Z• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
; j' v" V# Q; U! G* q1 l• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
2 N; Z" |/ G. ]4 ^• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
$ k& F  Z3 k% v: A& D• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

These additional qualifications would be an asset:
• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
* `9 v0 S; P6 a! n. L4 ~# k. w• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
# q0 W  @5 Q; T6 O- B• Experience with interfacing with hardware
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
• Experience developing rich web applications
