When I just began working in North American, every time when I talked with someone by radio, always heard  "10-4", "10-4". It really made me confused.

% E9 T' z, \1 s+ }  t9 s- PNow I know it is from the police radio code. In north American police radio code, 10-4 means " roger, acknowledge, affirmative "....You must have seen this lot from movies.
