Edmonton Chinatown Care Center is a distinct, dynamic culture facility, with 80 long term care beds and 15 designated supportive living beds. We require an individual with proven leadership skills to work with dedicated multi-disciplinary nursing team.
Responsibility:
2 w3 O5 d; h7 K! v7 F2 S6 FThe Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.

6 S4 Q; |5 H0 o: m' E3 [6 w4 i: L+ MMust be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required. Time spent in a management role will be an asset. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.
