In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

( t' u& |. F7 {' W. JAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
7 ^7 r9 a* m4 V8 ?/ B! J1 N( YAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
; W1 p% q2 W  H3 J# sMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
' i( ?3 B4 q6 y0 `  o1 U• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:
, G5 p, N! Z+ ]* J
. ]  T  e  M2 Q& w# T. ZDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
( _+ Q; h7 x" ^; H5 q3 NPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
