In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
2 F$ V0 R9 o- e9 I$ mAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
/ ], G; M/ ?. Z. aEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
. i/ M6 [( a# k: B! P& `Mitigate risk to the organization.

+ ^# o# k& }" c7 ~' [
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
8 i3 o- H0 r2 \, F6 eExperience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
2 F4 L8 |( X" KPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
( g/ O6 t- l1 H9 s' kSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

8 W9 |) j- [1 _- ^, M* RCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
% G7 g" {  v# n+ u( {9 o8 fMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
