In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

9 G! U) @) K: b2 U" NAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
6 g7 ]6 m# A/ d8 F( ~Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
7 j" h+ K7 d! f0 xEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline

7 e4 I- m2 ]4 O# M% t: j4 `4 dDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
) a# C9 a2 L- g( s- O& q$ L% YSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
, A- N* R& D; xProfessional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
7 e- J6 e2 B, k# RMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.

Security Clearance :

Must have clear criminal record
